Customer Lifetime Value (LTV or CLV) predicts the total revenue a customer will generate over their entire relationship with your business. LTV = Average Purchase Value x Purchase Frequency x Customer Lifespan. A healthy LTV:CAC ratio is typically 3:1 or higher, meaning each customer is worth at least 3 times what it costs to acquire them.
