What are Twitter Cards?
Twitter Cards are meta tags you add to your webpage that control how your content appears when shared on Twitter/X. They let you attach rich media (images, titles, descriptions) to tweets that link to your site.
What is the difference between summary and summary_large_image?
The "summary" card shows a small square thumbnail (120x120 to 144x144px) beside the title and description. The "summary_large_image" card displays a full-width image (minimum 300x157px, recommended 1200x628px) above the text.
What image size should I use for Twitter Cards?
For summary_large_image cards, use images at least 1200x628px (2:1 ratio). For summary cards, use at least 144x144px (1:1 ratio). Maximum file size is 5MB. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF.
